Plumbing

We provide a full range of plumbing services(domestic and industrial) and are registered with IOPSA(Institute of Plumbing South Africa).Our services include the unblocking of existing drainage systems, but also the installation of completely new water and waste reticulation systems. We furthermore provide general plumbing services and install geysers according to the SANS 10254 specifications. Complete bathroom renovations or alterations are undertaken as well.

Painting and Waterproofing

Our roof paint service include two methods of painting, either by the conventional brush or roller method or with our spray painting equipment. Roof painting can be provided to four storeys high with the use of our own scaffolding and platforms. Our roof waterproofing systems include the use of membrane or torch-on products depending on the application.

Proper preparation of both interior and exterior walls are completed prior to the commencement of any paint work.Waterproofing materials are applied wherever deemed necessary to ensure a longer lasting finish.

 

Maintenance and Alterations

We provide general maintenance services to all types of buildings.These include repairs to or replacement of ceilings, skirtings, cornisces, tiles, window putty, flooring and steelwork.The installation of entire kitchens and other building alterations also fall within the scope of our services.
